Lizet Mulder, a biodiversitycoordinator from Wildwork/Vericonnect is offering a‘Wellness & Nature Workshop’ in Youghal onSat Oct22nd
‘We are coming up to the Autumn Equinox in September. This is a good time to take stock of the learning and work that culminatesin the end of the summer. Join Lizet Mulder for a sunset wellness session on Youghal beach. We will gather to orient ourselves to the group and surroundings. We will take time to appreciate the coast and land. This session invites all members of the Blue Green Network and friends to sharelearnings and experiences from the past summer. We take the time to reflect on the experiential resources of the group. This is a good time to resource personalresilience in order to face our challenges locally’.
